TERMS_OF_SERVICE
01 // Acceptance of Framework
By establishing connection to this gateway, initializing API arrays, or contracting security deployment architectures provided by SYNYX, you acknowledge binding acceptance of these terms. If your protocols do not align with these operational rules, you must terminate your session instantly.
02 // Scope of Services
SYNYX provisions advanced offensive digital products, high-availability microservices, bespoke communication network bots, security automation code bases, and customized threat-modeling applications. All provisioned modules are delivered under explicit situational parameters detailed in your custom statement of work.
03 // Operator Responsibilities
You agree to utilize our software assets only inside authorized networks. Misusing our systems to launch coordinate attacks, exploit unauthorized endpoints, execute reverse-engineering arrays against our binaries, or run illegal data-harvesting tasks will be flagged as malicious perimeter breaches.
04 // Financial Settlement & Refunds
All engineering allocations and subscription balances must be cleared based on agreed statement timelines. Due to the resource-intensive nature of custom code deployments and offensive auditing environments, all settled credits are strictly non-refundable except under explicit service level disruptions validated by our operations team.
05 // Limitation of Liability
SYNYX operates as a technical solution provider. We accept no liability for network downtime, infrastructure data leakage, hardware failures, unexpected system compromises, or financial disruptions (including speculative token, digital asset, or trading data losses) resulting from the deployment of our systems.
06 // Access Termination Protocols
We reserve the right to revoke your API access keys, disconnect active license routing layers, and block target IPs from our deployment framework instantly without warning if a breach of user responsibility parameters is discovered by our system monitoring logs.
07 // Contact Gateway
To resolve licensing concerns, register corporate authorization profiles, or clarify operational constraints, route an official transmission to our secure node:
